I was on wikipedia because I couldn't remember how her son Daniel died and why I was so convinced that Howard Stern did it. I found this:

They can appeal all they want, I doubt they will get anything because Anna is dead and the only people who might still be wanting to fight this are Larry Birkhead and Anna's leech lawyers looking for a pay day...The Supreme court won't be sympathetic to them even if they try to do it on behalf of her daughter.
