But if the paparazzi weren't around, they would've never captured this triumphant moment of Lindsay Lohan next to her "Sober Shine Award", which was placed outside of her sober house in Palm Desert, CA. The Sober Shine is like the People's Choice Award of Palm Spring rehab centers and it also sounds like the name of a citrus-flavored powdered vitamin drink that's supposed to hug and cradle your morning hangover. A powdered hangover cure that ironically tastes so much better with a splash of vodka. So...
TMZ says that LiLo wants the court to draw a giant red circle around her with a Sharpie to keep the paps from trying to suck on her ass with their cameras. HAHAHAHAHA, I know.
LiLo barely got her drivers license back, but her counselors at Betty Ford don't think it's a good idea for her to get behind the wheel since the paps are always chasing her. LiLo has always blamed the paps for causing her to crash into parked cars and speed down PCH with terrified hostages in the back seat begging her to spare their lives (or at least give them a bump to numb the pain when they eventually go over a cliff).
LiLo has asked her lawyer to seek a restraining order against every single paparazzo. Her lawyers are trying to decide whether or not it's possible to take out a restraining order against an entire group.
The paps whose cell phone caller ID gets touched with Lindsay Lohan's name on an hourly basis are so confused right now! But I see what LiLo's doing here. This is one of those "We can fuck, but I don't want anyone to know we're fucking" things. You know that bitch. They take out a restraining order against you, make a big scene and then call you up at 3 in the morning telling you to park at the end of the block and wait for their signal to come inside for a little down low dicking. Yes, she would. Plus she would have to explain to the court how the each photog is harassing her and how the TRO-CH would be enforceable.
Also, each request for a TRO-CH would cost her $395. Since there are probably about 1,000 photogs in Los Angeles (very conservative guess), her filing fees would amount to $395,000.
Methinks that she does not have the $$$ to pay for such court costs.

Oh, please. She is doing everything right just so when she goes back to court the judge will let her off probation. Once that happens, she will pick up right where she left off on the party circuit except it will be okay for her to do it. Every cactus in L.A. is bracing for the worst.

Then doesn't fail any drug or alcohol test during her 53 days of supervised probation.
After she leaves rehab the only way she is being sentenced to 180 days in jail with supposedly no early release is if she misses and/or fails a drug/alcohol test.
This time i think she won't violate because once she has completed rehab she only has to make it for 53 days and if she doesn't could serve anywere between 30-90 days in jail.
87 days until her probation is over and then we will see how sucessful her 5th rehab was.
WTF is that sign for isn't everyone supposed to be sober?
I see the point about the paps i know she does stage deals but they also wait outside her sober house and follow her so it works both ways.

I don't understand why the fuck her driving privileges would be restored until she is COMPLETELY FINISHED with everything court-ordered relative to her DUI's. All of this shit started with her inability to comply with her original punishments for those DUI's, despite all the extensions and second, third, fourth chances she was given to fulfill the court's requirements.
She may look healthy now, but that's only because she has been forced. She's out shopping and seeing movies only because she realized staying sober was the only way she could get out. She wants to drive NOW, she wants to stir up legal shit with the paps. Her attitude has not changed.
If anyone is starting a pool, I'll take March 1 as the date she'll be snapped wasted. And that's only if she has to stay in that sober house until Feb 25.
