TMZ is reporting that KFed has apparently asked a judge for an emergency hearing tomorrow to discuss the custody of JJ and SPF. A court spokesperson confirms that KFed and his attorney will meet before a judge tomorrow. The couple currently share joint custody temporarily with Brit Brit getting primary custody. With her recent issues and being in and out of rehab, who knows? DAMN! Let KFed have a shot, why not? At least we'll have hot kids of JJ and SPF smoking joints at Pure!
