Out with the Old Beard, In with the New Beard

 
Big-tittied, Jesse Metcalfe, is out of rehab and looks like he's got a new lady. Jesse was dating British sweet-tart Nadine Coyle from Girls Aloud. They even flaunted their "love" in a spread for OK! Magazine last month.
 
Maybe that bird is his sister? She kind of looks like a not as hot Amy Winhouse which means BUSTED in the FACE.
