The high court of India has issued arrest warrants for Richard Gere and Shilpa Shetty after he planted a kiss on her during an AIDS Awareness event in Mumbai.

 

Judge Dinesh Gupta has said that the clinch between Gere and Shetty "transgressed all limits of vulgarity" during the event designed to publicise HIV/AIDS.

 

He said the video footage was highly sexual and erotic. He said Shilpa should've resisted his advances.

 

Richard could face up to 3 months in jail if found guilty.

 

Judge Dinesh needs to get laid bad. There was no way that was sexual. Angelina kissing her brother is way more erotic than that.
