Smile Wonky! You're Going to the Clink!

 
The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed papers asking the courts to give Parasite Hilton 45 days in jail for violating her probation. She will appear in court tomorrow for allegedly driving on a suspended license. Her license was suspended to a DUI charge.
 
She was stopped in January and in February even though she wasn't supposed to be driving. She also failed to enroll in a booze education program within 21 days after she was told to do so.
 
TMZ reports:
 
The legal papers ask that "Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail." Prosecutors also want her to be ordered "not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days." During that 90-day period, prosecutors want her "to be monitored for alcohol consumption ... by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense."

 
Let's just hope the judge isn't a total moron and let's her go. 45 days of Paris in jail would be a dream. Can you imagine?  I don't know how this ho is going to stay away from the booze for 90-days! I'm sure a lot of the dudes she's with drink and doesn't booze travel to the jizz?
