Arrests

TMZ is reporting that Nicole Richie was arrested this morning for driving under the influence. She was booked at 4:45am and was just released. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5'1" and 85 lbs.

She just probably just had one sip of a wine cooler and that set off the breathalizer. I'm sure there will be pictures and a mug shot soon. I can't wait!

Update - TMZ reports: We're told her SUV was spotted by two motorists going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911. When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone.

Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.

A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.

Didn't we tell you to run, Wesley? Ugh, bitch didn't listen. Wesley Snipes was finally caught in Florida on tax fraud charges. Ok, he wasn't really caught...he surrendered. Wesley was in Namibia visiting Shiloh's doctors and filming a movie when the news broke that the man wanted him on several tax charges.

They claim that Wesley cheated the government out of nearly $12 million for false refund claims and not filing from 1994 to 2004.

He flew into Orlando this morning and surrendered. He's due in court at 10:30am. The good thing is that there probably won't be a Blade 4. Damn, those movies suck!

Rip Torn has repeated his performance from 2004 by getting arrested in New York for being a drunk driver. Rip was charged with DWI in North Salem, New York. The 75-year-old hunk apparently didn't want to cooperate and refused to take a blood-alcohol test.

Back in January of 2004 Rip was also arrested for being a booze hound driver and called cops some hot choices name when he was booked. He was found not guilty.

Rip was recently in Marie Antoinette. He probably learned how to drink again from Kiki. Seriously, can celebrities stay sober while driving? Is it that hard? That being said, I'd hit it.

Police officers and detectives arrived at NBC studios yesterday in Los Angeles where Snoop Dog appeared on Jay Leno to serve him with a search warrant. They found cocaine, firearms and of course...weed!!! He was also cited for having some kind of secret compartment in his car. Not so secret, eh?

Snoop's bail was set at $60,000.

I must say that this is just another day in the life for him. Snoop getting busted for weed and is like Britney getting busted without panties. It's a daily occurence.

Tracy Morgan was busted in NYC this morning on suspicion of DUI. Cops saw him weaving back and forth between lanes early this morning and immediately pulled him over. He was charged with misdemeanor charges. Tracy is currently on probation for a previous DUI charge last year in Los Angeles.

Tracy is currently in the cast of 30 Rock on NBC. He also has like fifty kids or something. I don't get it when hos are arrested for DUI in NYC. There are cabs everywhere, it's not like it's difficult.

One of the Hotti Gottis, Frank Agnello, was arrested earlier this month in New York when he went through a red light. The 16-year-old son of Victoria Gotti was caught with marijuana, OxyContin and morphine pills. His passenger, Juliana Buckley was also found with morphine in her purse.

They are due in court this January. OxyContin?! Um, ghetto. Is it wrong that I think he's still kind of hot?

Pete Doherty has been arrested. Unfortunately, he wasn't arrested for anything new. He was arrested Saturday when police saw him driving like a crazy person with another man and another woman. When police searched the car they found crack cocaine and arrested Petey and his two friends. The woman was not Kate Moss. He has been released on bail and ordered to return in December.

Petey was reported to be off drugs and clean, but we knew that was a load of bullshit. I do think that a good thing can come out of this for Pete. He's bound to be in the Guinness World Records for being the biggest crackhead or being arrested the most times without serving actual jail time.
