The Split-Screen Sent Rosie Running
Kathy Griffin spent the entire day with Rosie O'Donnell on Friday and learned that the split-screen of her fight with Elisabeth is the reason she left. Kathy told an audience during her comedy act last night.
Kathy said, "And that's what it was. I said, 'What was really it?' And she said, 'The split-screen.' She said, 'I don't want to do Hannity and Colmes. ' " Kathy said that Rosie doesn't hate Elisabeth.
Rosie took to her blog again yesterday with a video where she says she hasn't talked to Elisabeth and probably never will. She's still going on and on about it and I'd wish she'd just move on already. Rosie's last appearance on the show will be Monday which was pre-taped.

Rosie Responds...Sort Of
Rosie O'Donnell took to her blog this morning to answer some questions regarding her decision to leave "The View" early. She basically didn't seem happy with the way producers handled her argument with Elisabeth. She said she's e-mailed with Elisabeth and things are ok. She also said that her friend only defaced one picture and she didn't seem sorry for it.
I think there's a lot to this story and it's a sad thing, because Rosie was the only reason I watched that show. Life is too short and I'm sure they will try to get another "Rosie" but nobody can replace her. Actually, Sharon Osbourne can. Bitch wouldn't last a day!

Rosie O'Donnell Quits "The View" Early
Pussy! Rosie O'Donnell will not return to "The View" after the huge fight between her and Elisabeth.
ABC issued this statement:
"We had hoped that Rosie would be with us until the end of her contract three weeks from now, but Rosie has informed us that she would like an early leave. Therefore, we part ways, thank her for her tremendous contribution to 'The View' and wish her well."
Rosie said, "I'm extremely grateful. It's been an amazing year and I love all three women."
And finally Barbra Walters said, I brought Rosie to the show. Rosie contributed to one of our most exciting and successful years at "The View." I am most appreciative. Our close and affectionate relationship will not change."
I say...LAME! Rosie is a moron for not staying on! She let one little fight get to her?! She should've come back and done her job like she promised. The only way she knows how to respond is by leaving stupid messages on her dumb blog. Bitch needs to get some balls. I'm disappointed with her ass. Quitter.

Drawing Moustaches on Hasselcrack?!
Janette Barber is Rosie O'Donnell's head writer on "The View" and she was escorted from the building when she was caught drawing moustaches on Elisabeth Hasselbeck's picture in the lobby of the studio. WTF?!!! ABC confirmed that Elisabeth's picture was defaced, but won't say who did it. How old is this Janette bitch? 12?
Rosie is expected to return to the show on Tuesday, but several messages on her blog lead people to believe that she won't be back.
Ugh! I was on Team Rosie, but now she's an annoying slag. So what you had a stupid fight? So effin what? Grow up and do your job. Even though Elisasbeth is about as pleasant as a wax to the ass lips, she's still going to work and not bitching and moaning about it. Get over it Rosie!

A Rosie and Hasselcrack Bitch Fight Like No Other!
This clip is long, but it's pretty effin riveting. It's from today's "The View" and is not just your regular Rosie/Hasselcrack bitch fight. This chicks get into it and I was waiting for Rosie to jump over the table and strangle Elisabeth! It's of course about politics and towards the end they are on the verge of tears. It gets pretty personal.
Elisabeth even brings up "The Trump."

Replacing Rosie
It's not even been a week and several names have already been rumored as replacement for Rosie O'Donnell when she leaves "The View" in June. Inside sources say that Connie Chung, Kathie Lee Gifford, Whoopi Goldberg and Joan Rivers are all at the top of a "replacement list." At the very, very top of that list is Roseanne Barr.
An inside source at the show said that producers are looking for a strong personality like Rosie's and Roseanne fits the bill. Roseanne's rep said that she hasn't even been approached and it's just a rumor. Roseanne told Larry King recently about joining the talk show:
"I'm not looking for the job. Well, I want $10 million, like Rosie."
Elisabeth Hasselcrack will announce on the show this morning that she's knocked up and will be taking maternity leave in the Fall. She's 3-months pregnant.
I knew this would happen. The View got themselves an A-lister in Rosie O'Donnell and now they are going to try and recreate the magic with a total has-been. It's not going to work. They should pack up and call it a day!

Rosie Wanted Babs Out
The New York Post claims that Rosie O'Donnell wanted Barbara Walters out of "The View." Sources claim that Rosie approached ABC about taking over the talk show from top to bottom. Rosie wanted ABC to buy out Babs to keep her happy. Rosie said yesterday on the show that they couldn't come to terms with the length of the new contract, but apparently it had nothing to do with that.
Rosie's rep said, "That's absolutely not true, it's categorically false. People are making things up because they want to pit two powerful women against each other. Rosie just did not want to commit to three years."
Rosie has already been in talks for her own daytime or nightime talk show for 2009. There are also rumors that she will join the Broadway cast of Les Miserables.
I just heard a rumor from an inside source (the homeless man down the street) that ABC is looking to replace Rosie with a dude.

Goodbye Rosie!!!
TMZ was right! Rosie O'Donnell is leaving "The View" after fulfilling her one-season contract. ABC just released this statement and Rosie will confirm on today's show at 11. ABC was unable to come to a contractual agreement for her second year and she will leave Mid-June.
Barbara Wawa said: "I induced Rosie to come back to television on 'The View' even for just one year. She has given the program new vigor, new excitement and wonderful hours of television. I can only be grateful to her for this year. I am very sad that ABC Daytime could not reach an agreement with her for a second year. We will all miss Rosie on 'The View,' and hope she will be back with us often next season. She remains for me a cherished friend and colleague."
Rosie said: "This has been an amazing experience, and one I wouldn't have traded for the world. Working with Barbara, Joy and Elisabeth has been one of the highlights of my career, but my needs for the future just didn't dovetail with what ABC was able to offer me. To all the viewers out there, I just want to say 'thank you' for opening up your hearts and your homes to me this past year. But you can always find me at rosie.com. Here's hoping there's more confetti for all of us going forward."

ABC has no plans to announce a new co-host yet.

Tell Me It's Not True
TMZ is reporting that Rosie O'Donnell will announce that she's leaving "The View" this morning. Sources say she will stick it out for the rest of the season, but will announce today that she quits this bitch. These sources say that the rumors are coming from the show itself.
Rosie's rep was not available for comment.
I guess we'll see at 11am, but if this is true I'm done with The View. I only watch it to see what Rosie's going to say and who's going to fight, blah, blah blah. I love Joy, but this show is nothing without Rosie. NOTHING!
UPDATE - TMZ is now saying that the rumors are TRUE and that producers are already looking for her replacement. Unless her replacement is Alexyss K. Tylor aka Vagina Power, I'm done!
