A couple of weeks ago the Desperate Housewives gardener, Jesse Metcalfe, was spotted acting like a drunken fool at the Mondrian Hotel. Witnesses say he was out of control and looked like he hasn't slept in days. Well, his rep issued this statement:

"On Monday, March 19, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues. He realized he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately. The actor, best known as the hunky gardener on the ABC show 'Desperate Housewives' and the star of the film 'John Tucker Must Die,' hopes that the media will allow him the privacy to deal properly with his treatment."

I love that in the statement his rep has to remind us who he is, because most of us have no idea. He's probably in rehab for being gay! I mean he's trying to pretend he's straight and all by dating that British chick, Nadine Coyle.

Britney's spokeswhore confirmed that she has completed treatment at Promises in Malibu and is out!!! Brit checked herself into rehab for the third time on February 22nd. An average stay at Promises is around 45 days, but Britney is a fast healer.

This statement was issued: “Britney has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Centre after successfully completeing their program.”

“We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time.”

Lock up your booze cabinets! I have a little faith in Britney and actually think she'll stay away from the clubs for at least one night, but she'll be back at it tomorrow! She probably headed straight to 7-Eleven for an icee with a little vodka in it and a cheeto sandwich.

Britney Spears is leaving Promises in Malibu this week according to TMZ. Sources close to Britney say that she's made a turnaround and is even working out the custody thing with KFed. They will split custody 50/50 until Brit gets 100% and then she will get full custody with KFed getting visitation rights.

So 3 weeks and she's recovered? How long before she's at Hyde or Les Deux? Lohan said she was fully recovered too and she's back to her old tricks!

Let's take bets. I'm guessing she'll stay sober for 18 hours!

Life & Style is reporting that Justin Timberlake sent his ex-girlfriend a touching get-well letter while she's been in rehab. He reportedly previously called her up a week after she checked into Promises. The heartfelt letter moved Britney to tears. Maybe it was hot dog scented? Naw if it was hot dog scented, she would've ate it.

Justin promised that he would be there for her when she got out.

A source said, "She could barely catch her breath to read the words. It was one of the most moving letters she had ever received. He poured his heart out. He told her he was sorry they fell in love so young, because if they'd fallen in love even just a few years later, he would've married her - and they'd probably have kids together by now. Justin let Britney know that she has his unconditional love and support. He offered to come visit her in rehab."

This sounds so beautiful. Too bad it's FAKE! SPF and JJ probably joined forces and wrote it to get back at their mother for neglecting them!

Britney Spears has reportedly found love in rehab! She met Jason Filyaw at an AA meeting this past week. Jason is the 33-year-old, lead guitarist of a band called Riva. Since meeting she apparently calls him constantly and her pet names for him include Mr. Secret Underground Guy and J-Sun. He calls her sugar, donut, creampie, upsidedown cake, funnel cake...no he calls her sugar, kitten and my lady.

A source said, "Britney adores Jason. He's been a tower of strength for her at the lowest point in her life. She's convinced Jason can help her through rehab because, as an alcoholic, he's been through the same thing."

She's so serious about him that sources are saying she plans to move him into her house once she gets out of rehab.

In other Britney news, The Sun is reporting that she's planning to leave rehab two-days early in order to attend KFed's Birthday party. Her family and everyone at Promises want her to stay, but she insists she'll be fine.

Britney Spears left Promises in Malibu last night to attend an AA meeting at a church nearby. She spent about an hour out and was seen chatting it up with other AAers outside, smoking a ciggie.

Brit has been at Promises are two and a half weeks. She is over halfway through her 30-day program.

Do you think that wig is attached to the hat? Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is.
