Fleshbot may or may not have uncovered the much-talked about Britney Spears sex tape. The 19-second clip features a woman that sort of looks like Britney. The clip showed up on Pornotube and brands itself as the "Britney and KFed Sex Tape." It could just be Britney eating a cheese stick. Actually KFed's stick is full of cheese.

A judge threw out Britney's lawsuit against Us Weekly yesterday. She sued them because they published a story about the alleged sex tape.

Kevin Federline's debut album "Playing With Fire" sold a whopping 6,500 copies and debuted at #151 on the Billboard Chart. I think Britney probably sells that in one minute. I mean even Brooke Hogan beat his ass. Her album debuted at #28. While KFed celebrated the obscene failure of his album, Britney skated around Rockefeller Center in NYC.

TMZ is reporting something truly laughable. KFed is apparently going to try and fight Britney Spears for custody of their two children, Jayden James and SPF. His sole reason for doing this is cash. KFed can't fight the pre-nup, because it's iron clad. So, he's going to go after sole custody of his two children which will give him more dollars. Britney has been primary caretaker to both boys, so I doubt KFed is that stupid to pull this sort of crap. Ok,maybe he is.

Life & Style is reporting that KFed is severely shocked over these latest developments and he had no idea this was coming. Although, sources say that last May he met with a divorce lawyer of his own. He wanted to sue for sole custody to try and get more cash out of Britney, at least $10 million.

Lastly, ONTD has a video of KFed shot on Monday where he talks about his material goods and how proud Britney is of him. He's also caught texting with someone and walks away visibly upset. Damn, she told him through text message!

Couldn't they have gotten a quickee divorce in Mexico? Now we're going to have to live with a million stories coming out of this for the next several months. Damn them!

This is the last Britney Spears post for the day. Ok, it's 11:34pm so that doesn't really count. Anyway, here's Britney working some wonky ones as she ate with her girlfriends in NYC this evening. TMZ also has video of Britney at Rockefeller on the ice rink. Homegirl looks happy. I think she just saved a bunch of money on her car insurance by switching to Geico.

Out of the many emails I got about Britney's divorce to KFed, this one was very interesting. It comes from someone that claims they are close to the Britney camp. I’m going to take it at face value, but what they say makes complete sense:

MK – Don’t believe the Britney divorce. I’m sort of in with her circle of friends and I know for a fact she’s not going to leave him. She’s just doing this to scare him and gain some sympathy votes from the media. She went on Letterman, cause Kevin thought she was at the hotel crying over him. She is using the divorce to scare him. They are already talking to each other and texting all the time on their mobiles. She always threatened divorce on him and he never believed her. She’s hoping he will change his ways. I think she also knows that this can change her image and is using it. They will get back together. Shit, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are already back together.

See, I think it may be more of a PR move. Homegirl, saw how much positive attention Whitney Houston got and thought she’d join in the fun. Does she have an album coming out soon? I won't believe it until the divorce is FINAL.

Best Week Ever has the details of Britney and KFed's pre-nup. Apparently, Britney's camp made sure that her pre-nup was ironclad and kept her cash safe.

Their Malibu mansion will be divided 50/50
Any gift worth more than $10,000 will be given back to the gift giver. Meaning KFed will walk away with a Swatch watch and some McDonald's Monopoly tokens
Britney will pay KFed $30k a month half of the length of their marriage - 1 year
Britney won't pay child support to Shar Jackson, KFed's other baby mama

I think the World is going to be explode over this, the internet at least. I've gotten at least 150,345,678 emails over this. I have to sift through that shit. People Magazine has a detailed timeline of the beginning of the end. I can't wait to see the stories that will come forward in the next few days. Ugh.

TMZ Reports:

Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline. Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.

The two have been married since 2004. Their prenup is said to be iron clad and Britney is waiving her right for spousal support, of course. Britney gave the date of separation as November 6, 2006. Britney famously appeared in her new body on David Letterman that night.

Britney has hired Laura Wasser as her lawyer. Wasser has defended Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.

A Dlisted reader just got back from a taping of David Letterman and apparently Britney Spears makes a small cameo. She will debut her new body (which is hot I hear) in a micro mini and a blonde bob. She comes on, because she's just a fan and then exits. Ugh, if she's in NYC why wasn't she at the damn KFed concert!? Selfish!

Awesome! I love Britney Spears. She almost fooled me in this disguise at KFed's glum Halloween performance in West Hollywood. What do you think she's going as? I'm guessing Natalie Portman from Closer. Right?

She was nowhere to be seen when KFed receieved a mountain of boos, but she was at the after party. Hotness.
