Dannielynn Hope's Father Is......
As expected, Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn Hope's true father.
Dr. Michael Baird said that Larry is 99.99999% Danni's father.
Larry told the reporters outside "I hate to be the one to tell you this, but...I told you so!"
Howard K. Stern said he was disappointed and he would not fight for custody. He said he will help Larry get SOLEcustody. Virgie Arthur is expected to fight for custody of her granddaughter.
Howie said he will stay in the Bahamas and will not leave Daniel or Anna alone. He wants the transition for Danni to go slowly and smoothly. He then shot himself. Ok, no not that last part.
Virgie said she only cares about Danni. She's happy that Danni knows who her real father is and says she will help Larry raise her and make decisions. She will discuss guardianship and custody further with Larry. Virgie said she just wants to be her grandmother.
Finally! It's over...or is it?
UPDATE - Gawker has video of Larry's announcement. He's acting like he just won the Super Bowl or something. I'm happy for him, but it's a little weird with the hos cheering for him and crap.

Dannie's Gotta Wait a Few More Hours
TMZ reports that DNA results will be revealed at 2:30PM EST. It was previously reported that it would go down at 10AM. Larry Birkhead, Howie K. Stern and Virgie Arthur will all be present.
Virgie will most likely seek custody unless she's revealed as the baby daddy. Hey, it's likely. Homegirl looks like she's carrying a boat load of jizz.
I can't wait any longer! A lot can happen in 4 hours! I'll put all my money ($3) on Larry!!!

Howie Won't Fight for Custody
TMZ is reporting that Dannielynn Hope's DNA results will be revealed tomorrow in the Bahamas. Apparently if Larry Birkhead turns out to be the bio-father (which he will be) Howie will not fight for custody. Sources close to Howie issued this statement to TMZ:
“If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn’s biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn’s best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn’s biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn.
Howard will do whatever is necessary to assist Larry Birkhead to defeat any effort by Virgie Arthur to obtain custody of Dannielynn.
Howard was not part of the paternity lawsuit filed while Anna Nicole was alive. The first person to challenge Howard on custody was Virgie Arthur — not Larry Birkhead. Howard is dedicated to Virgie Arthur not having custody of Dannielynn. He is well aware of how Anna Nicole felt about ‘Mommy Dearest’ and Anna’s feelings were clear regarding Virgie Arthur being anywhere near Dannielynn.
Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.
Howard wants Anna Nicole to be remembered as an icon like Marilyn Monroe, and he knows a lot of damage has been done to her image in the past two months. This restoration of Anna’s image is important for Dannielynn and the views she will have of her mother as she grows up. He also wants to make sure that only Dannielynn profits from Anna Nicole’s name, likeness and estate. As TMZ reported earlier, the money from Anna Nicole’s funeral went to a trust set up for Dannielynn. Howard set up the trust but he does not, and will not, receive any money from it and is not the trustee.”
YEAH RIGHT. I think Howie is covering his ass when the world finds out that he's not Danni's daddy. Larry better not let his crazy ass near Danni!

Will It All End on Tuesday?
TMZ is reporting that all players in the Dannielynn Hope DNA drama will meet in the Bahamas on Tuesday where DNA findings will be revealed. DNA expert, Dr. Michael Baird has cleared his schedule in order to travel to the Bahamas from Ohio and discuss his findings.
Howard K. Stern has not yet filed an objection for the rejection of his appeal last week. Larry Birkhead also said that rumors that he hired a wrongful death lawyer are false.
He said, "I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit. That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this 'fact' didn't take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next."
I would put all my money on Larry being the true father of DanniHope, but it would be more than hot if Prince Douche or some other random person was the father. That would just extend this entire drama and bring in more crazy characters.
If Larry is revealed as a DNA match, Howie is going to lose it. They better test out their court medical detectors, because Howie is going to get dangerous.

Anna Really Loved Oldie Olsen
A pack of Anna Nicole Smith's diaries from the 90s will go on the auction block this week and a few excerpts have been released. Anna talks in detail about the love she felt for her dying husband, J. Howard Marshall.
"Hes so very weak and fragile When I touch him Im afraid he might break. If Jesus desides to take him I dont no what I'll do. I love him so much it hurts me to site and watch him when hes hurting I just want to hold him touch him let him no how much I care."
The diaries also show that she had fun with pills very early on. She confessed her love of food, drugs and buying crap. Yeah, a big bore.
The diaries are expected to fetch around $100,000. Who would buy that crap? Howard K. Stern would buy it for jack-off material, but he can't afford it.

DanniHope's True Father to Be Revealed This Week?
Howard K. Stern's appeal for DNA testing was rejected by a 3-judge panel in the Bahamas today. He was also penalized and ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney fees to the General counsel and to Larry Birkhead's Bahamian lawyer. The penalty was most likely due to Howard wasting the court's time.
With that out of the way, DNA results could be revealed sometime this week. Howard's basically out of luck. If Howard is the daddy, they seriously need to do a crack baby check on DanniHope.
I'm sure she's Larry's!

Debra Opri's $620,000 Bill!
Larry Birkhead apparently fired his lawyer Debra Opri and maybe he's wishing he hadn't done that just yet. Last week Debra sent him a legal bill for $620,492.84. TMZ reports that she bills at $475 per hour. Here's some ridic things she billed for:
- $4,500 for her own personal pr rep
- $4,750 to attend ANS' funeral in the Bahamas even though Larry never asked her to attend.
- $4,265 for Cingular roaming services while in the Bahamas
- $25.75 for laundry service for her husband who was on the trip with her
- $2,467.75 for a dinner that Larry was not present at
Debra also offered him a discount of $511,365.09 if he pays without further discussion.
Hey, homegirl has to get paid right? It's not like attorneys are known for being the most moral folk. Larry better start asking "The Insider" for more EXCLUSIVE interivews. He has a bill to pay!

Not Surprising
Greta Van Susteren got her hands on documents from Dr. Perper's office which states that of the 11 drugs found in Anna Nicole Smith's system, none were prescribed to her. 8 were Howard K. Stern's, 2 were to Alex Katz and 1 was to Anna's shrink.
The chloral hydrate which was said to be the main cause of death was in a duffel bag in her hotel room. Greta asked Dr. Perper how she got a hold of the stuff since she was too weak to get out of bed. Dr. Perper seemed flustered and said his office had asked Howie and others and they all denied giving Anna the crap. He said that if someone gave her the sedative in the morning, it wasn't a good idea.
"It's not wise for sure, but it's not homicide."
I'm guessing Howie gave her sedatives, so he could have his way with her ass. I mean, did they ever have sex? Like ever?!

What is Howard Hiding?
TMZ reports that Howard K. Stern has temporarily halted the inquest into Daniel Smith's death. The inquest has been put on hold by a judge for at least two weeks. An all-women jury had already been selected, but Howard's lawyer argued that the inquest was flawed.
He said it's impossible to find an inpartial jury due to all the media attention surrounding the case. Howie's lawyer will now go to the supreme court of the Bahamas to try and get the inquest blocked for good.
Why does Howard care? Because he probably is hiding something and doesn't want it to come out. Get Angela Lansbury on this case, because something's fishy.

Official: Anna Nicole Smith Died of an Accidential Drug Overdose
Dr. Joshua Perper (who is really hot btw) announced this morning that Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidential overdose from several prescription drugs she was taking. They created a lethal combination.
The details that were leaked on Friday is basically what happened. Before arriving in Florida, she injected something into her left ass cheek. She complained of the pain when she arrived in Florida. The next day she got very sick with a temp of 105, she refused to go to the hospital and she took some medicine and went to bed. She apparently got better and ate a full breakfast the day before she died. Before going to bed she took chloral hydrate. She woke up at 10am the next morning according to Howard K. Stern. He helped her go to the bathroom, she went back to bed and he left. At this time she was being watched by the wife of a friend.
At 1:30pm the woman found Anna Nicole non-responsive and dead.
They found a large absess in her ass cheek that was causing her the pain. They believe the fever was due to a blood infection due to an infected needle. He said they ran tests and only found methadone in her shit. She probably had this a couple of days before her death. She tested negative for all other illegal drugs. He said she was taking a boat load of other drugs (9 total) including anti-depressants.
He also said that ANS was taking dance lessons for a music video she was producing. Dancing?! Crackheads can't dance!
The coppers said there was no evidence of illegal drugs and no indication of foul play. They have closed the case and nobody will be charged with a crime of any sort.
Yup, this all sounds right. Marilyn Monroe much? Howard is one lucky bitch! He left her ass to die and we all know this. He's laughing about this in the Bahamas with Danni in his arms probably.
