Larry Birkhead's attorney has told TMZ they will not be negotiating with Howard K. Stern. They want DNA and that's that. She said the only thing they want to know is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father." There were reports that Howard knows Larry is the father and is trying to cut some deal. Just go on Maury already like everyone wants. He'll solve this mystery in 10 minutes flat and even have time to help a woman that's afraid of oranges.

Anna Nicole Smith's funeral is currently underway in the Bahamas and TMZ has all the coverage you need from top to bottom including Slash making a cameo. WTF? Anyway, TMZ is reporting that Vergie Arthur has filed another petition in a Bahamas courtroom to stop the funeral. The hearse carrying Anna which was just moments away from the church has stopped. Vergie really really wants her daughter buried in Texas and she was already denied a few times. Why can't this woman leave her daughter to be buried in peace? Why does she care? Vergie needs to stop making it about her fat ass! Vergie go eat a banana split and leave your daughter alone. For real. Doesn't this woman care that her daughter's body is decomposing faster than a peen touching Paris Hilton's twat? I mean she needs to be laid to rest already! Virgie Arthur lost her final attempt to bring Anna Nicole Smith's remains home with her to Texas. A Judge granted ANS' body to Dannielynn Hope and she was due to be buried in the Bahamas. Virgie filed a last minute appeal to have that decision overturned. Too bad for Virgie, because it was denied. Anna will finally be laid to rest on Friday morning next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. Her body which has been in Florida since her death is apparently being moved today. FINALLY! This drama needs to end and I know it's just beginning with the whole paternity thing, but still. And don't feel bad if you can't make it to her funeral. NOOO!! I just got word from a reader that a CNN news truck has ran over Sugarpie Smith in the Bahamas and she is dead! This can't be. Howard K. Stern did it, I know he did! Sugarpie was about to tell her story. The truth and Howard got to her first! Please someone tell me this is a joke and can't be true! PLEASE!!!! LORD! Why didn't you take me instead?! WHY?!!!!! The National Enquirer ran a photo recreation of Anna Nicole Smith dead this week. They ran it under the headline "ANNA NICOLE: THE LAST PHOTO!" from witness accounts of her body. Enquirer EIC David Perel said, "If you had our images side-by-side with the actual photos, I don't know if you'd be able to tell them apart." All-time low or genius? Virgie Arthur finally met her granddaughter, Dannielynn Hope, in the Bahamas yesterday. The supervised visit was the first time Virgie met Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. Danni is currently with Howard K. Stern in the Bahamas. Two days before that Larry Birkhead met her for the first time. Howard agreed to these meetings prompting many to speculate that they are in talks for some kind of custody agreement. Virgie and Howard are back in a Florida courtroom today where a judge is considering to overturn the decision to bury Anna with her son in the Bahamas. Virgie really really wants Anna in Texas. The hearing is expected to be brief. In other ANS news. Add Pneumonia to one of the possible reasons for Anna's death. The National Enquirer reports that early findings show that Anna had a severe case of pneumonia. The medications worsened the condition which led to her death. Yesterday, one of Anna's friends revealed that she had Lupus and thinks that is the reason for her death. No, she died of a broken heart and an overdose. Right? That beign said, would it hurt Virgie to put a little make-up on?

The whole Anna Nicole Smith soap opera has had everything....shady characters, different baby daddies, crackheads, flaming fags....and now it has terminal illness! A friend of Anna Nicole Smith claims that she suffered from lupus. Frank Rodriguez, Anna's longtime friend thinks that she possibly died from the terminal disease. he tells ET tonight the shocking-bombshell-ultra-exclusive-news. Frank said that Anna revealed this to him a couple of years ago. He said, "Her whole body would ache. She would just shut down, basically; she would sleep for days. It was frightening at times, the seizures. She went into seizures a lot. She'd black out a lot of the times. She pulled me aside and she told me that she was on medication for it. She told me her condition." Frank said that he came forward and dropped the news for money, because he thinks the public should know that she didn't die from drugs. He said, "I mean, she's gone and I don't like what I hear about her. I don't want people to remember her for what they say -- that she was a drug addict. It angers me. It really, really upsets me." Frank doesn't know if Howard K. Stern knows since he doesn't really talk to him. Ugh! Here we go. Please, this isn't true. Did she have lupus? Maybe. Did she die from it? Probably not and wouldn't this have come up way earlier? This whole thing is bringing out hos that just want the camera on them for a quick 15. He should probably be telling the medical examiner this and not ET.

Larry Birkhead traveled to the Bahamas to meet Dannielynn Hope for the first time. Larry let Bravo (of course) film the meeting and part of it aired on "The Today Show" this morning. Larry fed Danni and burped her. He spoke openly about his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith and her pregnancy. He said that soon after Anna told him she was pregnant, she left Los Angeles and set-up in the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern. Larry said, "They were kind of low-res pictures that [Smith and Stern] sent out to different outlets to see if they were interested in them, and they were so small that I couldn't see. But even in that small form, I knew when I looked at them, I knew. I said, 'She's mine. That's my baby. She looks like me – she is mine.' And there was not a doubt." Larry will continue to fight to prove that he's Danni's true father and if it's revealed to be true, he will fight for custody.

TMZ is reporting that attorneys for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are currently in negotiations regarding the paternity of Dannielynn Hope. There are rumors that Larry's attorneys used a cup that Howard drank from during court last week to test his DNA which might have proved Larry was the true father. This could be the reason for settlement negotations. Sources say Howard could be trying to settle with Larry, giving him what he needs for custody but making sure Howard still gets his dough and control's ANS's estate. Testing a drinking cup? Those sneaky snakes! I remember seeing that on TV and thinking how stupid Howard was for just keeping his cup there. Shouldn't he be all on that if he doesn't want it revealed that Dani's not his?

Sandi Powledge was apparently Anna Nicole Smith's longtime girlfriend before she became famous by marrying a rich corpse. Sandi, like everybody else, has come out (again) to speak about the death of her dear ex-lover.

They met in a gay bar in northwest Harris County in 1991 and would become lovers. It was an exhilarating time, one that Powledge, now 46, remembers fondly, even as she mourns the death of the woman she once loved. Powledge's recollections evoke a picture of a woman far more vulnerable and human than Smith ever let on during her moments in the public eye. "I don't know if she ever believed anyone really loved her," Powledge said sadly, recalling her tumultuous relationship with the famous model and TV star during a recent interview in the small northeast Texas town of Winnsboro. "She was just hungry for love, hungry for approval — just like a bucket with a hole in the bottom." "I feel a lot of guilt that I wasn't there," said Powledge, with tears streaming down her face. "You think even though you don't talk, you can always have a time to make things right. ... You always think there's time. "She was a kind, loving, caring person who didn't know how to handle what happened to her. When I look back, I'm going to remember how she was with me. ... I've got a lot of great memories."
