Well, here's one way to get your picture in The Daily Mail. Marc Jacobs left Louis Vuitton - Marc Jacobs: The Exhibition in Paris last night with leather daddy Peter Marino and bitch looked like if Sweet Valley High crashed into a drag queen's Thanksgiving party. This is what it would look like if there was a J.Crew, a Liberace boutique and a Plymouth (Crack) Rock shop on the Mayflower and I don't like it. Sometimes you just have to look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Do I look like a second grade girl circa 1981 who totally half-assed it for the Thanksgiving pageant?" If the answer is yes, have a seat on one of the orange plastic chairs until your legal guardian shows up to take your busted ass home.
That being said, if Suri Cruise wore this mess, I'd probably declare it the greatest outfit of our time.

Marc Jacobs has a wonderful perfume I do not know name, maybe it's simply "Marc Jacobs" It was the first perfume my then sixteen year old daughter bought. It was so sensual, like gardenia, but not too heavy like a White Shoulders. it had a citrus note running through it maybe, kept it from overwhelming like Youth Dew or Opium.
It is hard to wear scents today. So much pollution and chemical sensitivity. But I remember how "Marc Jacobs" the perfume, smelled and it was so leisurely and relaxed. It would last a long time and change in it's scent the way roses do.
Oh that perfume. Only an artist can create something so fine. Thank you Marc Jacobs. My daughter still has great taste. You not so much.
JC Penney's is right on the money. Sometimes they make those polo shirts a little long, and I'll bet he saw someone wearing one that looked like a short dress and was inspired. There's no way anyone sat down and thought, "What should I wear?" and came up with this. Did he design it too? I'll bet you could get the same thing at a place that sells factory seconds.
