What doesnt seem to be stated is that Halle has been using his income (which is more than plenty) against him in the case that he should not have his daughter stay with him overnights. His condo isnt gated enough, blah, blah, lies, bitch etc. This is just one of her malicious tricks. Just one out of many. Here's the thing... I think this rule about kids needing to live at the same level of luxury at both parents' houses is BS. It won't hurt a child (heck, it's probably a good thing!) to spend half his or her time in a mansion and the other half time in a modest apartment without a maid, swimming pool or gift-wrapping room. BUT BUT BUT... for as long as this rule exists and child support isn't about ensuring that all basic needs get met but rather ensuring that a kid can live at the same level all the time (even if it's at a ridiculously high level), then I think that Linda & Aubry are within their rights to go after the money.

So, I DON'T condemn Linda (who looks kinda rough) or Gabe (who looks all kindsa fine) for just doing what they're allowed to do. I DO hope that the rules change soon so that child support is about ensuring that kids get what they actually need, not what about parents wanting to live in the lap of luxury.

Since the thread about Linda Evangelista has depleted me of all the flying fucks I had to give, I'll say this....Gabriel can get it any time, any day, any how, any way. We'd make delightfully gorgeous offspring, and I wouldn't hate on Nahla.

Jack, you are very right. There are fathers whom see the big picture and want to take care of their children. Divorce is never fair to anyone. The laws try to make it that way, but there are people whom abuse it. You seem to be a very good father that is involved with your child's life. Unfortunately, it's not always like that.
